Beckenham junction railway station is located a short 5 minute walk up the road from Kelsey House.
On leaving the station through the main entrance, turn left and immediately right at the traffic lights and walk down the hill from the station. At the cross roads on the high street and you will see the entrance to Kelsey House across the road!
Kelsey House has a number of bus links all serving within a 2 – 5 minute walk from our door!

Table Size
We have low and high tables so if you would prefer a lower table please specify so when you book with us and we will do our best to accomdodate you
Are Children welcome?
At Kelsey House Bar & Kitchen, we’re proud to be a family-friendly venue. We offer a fantastic kids’ menu that includes a main meal, juice and ice cream. Children are permitted inside Kelsey House until 9pm.
During the school holidays, children can eat free – enjoy one kids’ meal free with every adult meal purchased.
When making a booking, please be sure to include any children in your guest numbers. If children aren’t included in the reservation, we may not have enough space to accommodate them on arrival.
Please also let us know if you require a high chair, and we’ll be happy to arrange one for you. We also have baby changing facilities.
Are you dog friendly
Absolutely, well behaved dogs are more than welcome.
What is a Pre-Auth
When you make a booking enquiry with us you may be asked to make a pre-authorisation. In this case, no money is taken unless our booking policies are broken (for example, you fail to turn up for your booking on the day) you will be notified of a payment being taken on this occasion.
Do you serve coffee?
Yes! We serve a selection of barista made hot drinks, including tea, coffee, hot chocolate and even matcha! We are proud to serve Elsewhere Coffee Daydreamer Blend at Kelsey House - expect a caramel sweetness and a nutty complexity with a red berry acidity! Don't fancy a hot drink? We serve Iced Coffee all year round!
Do you have WIFI?
At Kelsey House, we’re proud to offer superfast WiFi, making it the perfect spot to work remotely. While some local eateries discourage working from laptops, we actively welcome it. Settle in with great coffee, make use of our available plug sockets, and enjoy our fast, reliable WiFi.
Do you host Live Music?
Yes! We have a Live DJ weekly, every Saturday from 8.30pm and Live Singer Ben Hills joins us every last Friday of the month. Follow our socials to stay up to date with everything happening at Kelsey House.
When do Kids Eat Free?
Kids Eat Free at Kelsey House during the School Holidays. Get one kids meal free with every adult meal purchased, Monday-Friday. Kids Eat Free cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

When is Quiz Night?
Quiz Night runs weekly every Tuesday from 7.30pm! Enjoy interactive, themed quizzes hosted by comedian Jack Henry. Every team wins a prize, with a £50 bar tab up for grabs. Each £3pp quiz entry goes to local charity St Christopher's Hospice.
When is Happy Hour?
Happy Hour runs Sunday-Friday from 4-7pm, with all cocktails £7.50! The perfect way to unwind after a long day at work!

Do you serve Bottomless Brunch?
Yes! We are very proud of our Bottomless Brunch experience at Kelsey House.
Bottomless brunch is served Tuesday to Saturday, with bookings available from 12 pm until 4pm. You can start your brunch any time in that window, just book your slot.
Our Bottomless Brunch includes two hours of unlimited prosecco & selected cocktails, accompanied by two dishes from our Bottomless Brunch menu, with Alcohol Free options for those who prefer it. If you have any questions about dietary requirements, please get in touch.
Please drink responsibly. Only one drink per person at any one time. We do operate a ‘challenge 25’ policy (if you’re fortunate enough to look under 25, please be prepared to show proof of age upon request).

Yes! We serve a delicious selection of freshly prepared Sunday roasts every Sunday at Kelsey House. Expect mouth-watering meats with all the trimmings and yorkies the size of our heads! Perfect for gathering with family and friends at the end of the week.

Yes! Kelsey House is a great place to celebrate birthdays and private events. With spacious seating, a vibrant atmosphere, and exclusive food and drinks packages, we can cater to gatherings big and small. Book your celebration easily via our online booking system.
Do you allow walk-ins?
Yes, absolutely! Walk-ins are more than welcome, subject to availability and capacity. We always recommend booking in advance if you want to guarantee a table, especially on weekends or during busy events.
Can I work from Kelsey House?
Absolutely — and we'd love to have you. Work from The House is our co-working offer right in the heart of Beckenham High Street, available Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm.
Choose from three packages — The Basic (£8) for a short stay with unlimited coffee and wifi, The Full Day Power-Up (£14) including food and unlimited drinks, or add The Clock Off Special at 5pm for just £5 and swap the coffee for something stronger.
We have superfast wifi, dedicated plug sockets, plenty of space and we're dog friendly too. Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend booking a Worker Table online to guarantee your spot.
What’s your age policy?
During the day we’re super family friendly with a great kids menu available, so bring the whole family!
In the evenings from 9pm onwards Kelsey House is an 21+ Venue. We operate a challenge 25 policy, so if you’re fortunate to look 25 or under, please be prepared to show ID when asked.
Do you cater for Gluten free?
We do have gluten free dishes across all our menus - let the team know when you arrive and they can discuss all your options with you. If you want to discuss before your arrival, give us a call or drop us a message
